You fill out the contact information form letting me know what you are looking for. What area is important to you, how many bedrooms, bathrooms, what amenties are necessary for you to live your best life, square footage, etc. I will then take this information and look in my apartment database that has over 890,000 apartments in the DFW market alone to match you with apartments that match your style. I then reach out to the apartments and find out additional details, if there are any specials and if they can be prorated. I arrange for you to visit with or without me being present. You get to look and tell me what you think. If you love the apartment you give them my contact card and list me as your Realtor ®. You move in and the apartment complex covers my fees. I don't get paid until you move in and are there for a month or so. The ultimate goal is for you to love where you live whether you need to move quickly or months from now.
